For nearly two decades, Patrice has worked side-by-side with senior level executives from start-ups and multi-national organizations to build leadership teams that produce quantifiable results. Her industry insights in leading an executive search firm built on the principles o f honesty, integrity, accountability, productivity and confidentiality have lauded her praise from both employers and candidates in the U.S. and internationally.  Patrice spent a number of years living abroad in both France and Italy and beyond bringing fluency in multiple languages, this experience has been instrumental in successfully conducting international business.
